Family Engagement Workshop: Survive & Thrive During Test Season
March's Family Engagement Workshop featured a test-prep presentation by the Office of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Participants learned about topics that will be covered on the upcoming PSSA standardized tests.
During the workshop, parents and families also learned the purpose of standardized tests, how they are used and what they measure, reviewed the PA Core Standards, received opt-out testing resources, and received tips that can be used at home with children to prepare for tests.
