Dorian Harris, Family Engagement Liaison, receives community service award
On Monday, November 29 at the Free Library of Philadelphia, the Office of Family and Community Engagement’s own Dorian Harris received a Community Leadership Award! The awards ceremony was held to honor people who have helped support communities through resource-sharing and engagement efforts.
Mr. Harris is a Family Engagement Liaison for schools in Neighborhood Networks 4 and 5, serving schools in North Philadelphia.
“My name was mentioned a few months ago from an organization that recognized my affiliation within the communities and my involvement in supporting families,” said Mr. Harris.
