FACE Office holds Boot Camp for New Team Members
Before being sent out into the field, our new team members went through a three-day “Boot Camp” to learn about the District, the FACE Office, and how to best provide support to our schools and our families.
The training wasn’t all PowerPoints and workshops, though—the FACE team also had some fun! Ludy Soderman, Director of Multilingual Family Support Services, led the entire FACE team—both new staff and old—in team-building activities. Colleagues were able to meet one another and begin building relationships, as well as collaborate and start problem-solving.
